M E S S A G E F R O M T H E C S O As Chief Sustainability Officer, my mission is to drive tangible progress in our sustainability efforts, and I am excited to outline our environmental vision and our ambitious goals for the future. Tango's inaugural Sustainability Report marks an important step in the organization's sustainability journey and is a testament to our dedication to sustainability. This report will also provide us with a reliable benchmark to set long-term targets and build a comprehensive carbon-neutral plan. To start, we are looking at our operational emissions and building an ambitious decarbonization roadmap across our value chain. We leverage the Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB) Standards, IFRS ISSB standards, Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) and the UN Global Compact to identify Environmental, Social, and Governance issues that directly impact our financial performance and guide the development of our sustainability strategy. Our emissions inventory aligns with the globally recognized Greenhouse Gas Protocol, including direct and indirect emissions from our business operations, including business travel, employee commuting, and data centers. We believe our sustainability reporting efforts can deliver results that benefit all our stakeholders— investors, partners, customers, and employees — and enable responsible partnerships for sustainable development. We understand that the ever-evolving regulatory and sustainability reporting landscape can often be vast and overwhelming for businesses and we are committed to leveraging our proprietary technology to empower our clients with the highest data accuracy, auditability, and accountability of their energy and sustainability data as they move towards their ambitious targets. We take pride in helping organizations measure, manage, and act upon their business emissions through our products, insights, and services. As we practice what we preach with our inaugural sustainability report, we are excited to show the market what is possible by leveraging our platform to track scope 1, scope 2 location- and market-based, and scope 3 emissions, automate the creation of reporting metrics across SASB, ISSB, and GRI, and automatically monitor progress towards goals.
