The leadership team has put forth several ethics and conducts policies to share with employees: • Tango's Standards of Conduct • Tango's Equal Employment Opportunity Policy • Tango's Human Rights Policy • Tango's Responsible and Ethical Sourcing Policy • Tango's Anti-Harassment/Anti-Discrimination Policy In addition, all full-time employees are required to complete several training courses on sexual harassment, data security, IT, and all employee policies.
