FLEXIBLE AREA DO'S AND DON'TS
1. Flex Areas cannot be modified to be another type, and other types
cannot be modified to be a Flex Area. Make sure you create it correctly.
2. Remember that Shared or Common spaces cannot be attached.
3. The optimum Flex Multiplier will likely be different by country, region,
building, floor and even department.
4. A good way to manage the Multiplier is to turn the management of it
over to the department managers.
5. Flex Area colors in the Visualizer will vary floor by floor.
6. Ensure MAC Enabled is checked for usage with MAC Requests.
