SUBLEASE DO'S AND DON'TS
1. It is best when there is already a Rentable Area for the spaces being
attached to a Sublease Area.
2. The system calculations require 2 Recalcs to perform the full calculations.
This means you should click the Recalculate at the Building twice after
the Sublease Area has been created and spaces attached to it.
3. If the Lease Sublease changes and you are using Tango lease, the system
currently does not automatically update the Sublease Area Record
(Roadmap Item).
4. Remember to assign the spaces or the Sublease Area a department
allocation for your reporting purposes.
