WHAT IS A FLEXIBLE AREA AKA NEIGHBORHOOD
Flexible Areas are utilized to assign many people to a smaller
number of spaces. The people assigned can utilize any space
within the Flex Area, although making them Reservable is an
option too.
• Allow HR Assignment, including through a MAC
• Manage the "Flex Multiplier" or the number people that can be associated with each
space before all spaces are occupied daily
• Calculates Total Count, Capacity, Occupancy and Utilization at the Building Level (for Flex
Areas)
• Perform Department Allocation for all spaces from a single location
• Flex Area Home Page Badge for Management of Over/Under Utilized
