WHAT IS A SUBLEASE AREA?
Sublease Areas are utilized when you sign a subtenant agreement
for a specific Rentable Area, and you need to ensure that your
allocation report allocates ALL Space and matches the Building
Rentable.
• Overrides the individual spaces Rentable within the Sublease Area to equal
the Sublease Rentable.
• Can link directly to Tango Lease.
• Calculates the Sublease Rentable at the Building Level and is removed from
Building Rentable to provide Company Occupied Rentable. All Utilization
metrics run off of this Rentable, not the Building Rentable.
• Can be Visualized within the Drawing Viewer
