As a global company facing all the opportunities and challenges inherent in international growth, Yum! was dealing with disparate process in different markets. They supported a number of tools for their store development process, including nine mapping systems and a 15 year old project management system whose only function was providing dates to the leadership team, when all the actual heavy lifting was still being managed in Excel.
