©2022 Tango CONFIDENTIAL - Not for publication or distribution Tango | BASIC INFO • Populate all fields that are relevant to the specific lease o Frequency of reconciliation o Type of reconciliation (CAM only, Cam and Taxes, CAM and INS, etc) o # of days the Landlord must bill the reconciliation o # of days the Tenant must complete the reconciliation o Included Estimates for any relevant category (CAM, INS, Taxes, Utilities) • Most fields populated will auto-populate other fields later in the reconciliation process and calculate due dates accordingly • Be sure to populate "Included Estimates" so that any escrow payments paid through out the year will apply against the amount due. • **Note** – If you are using the Reconcile Expenses Tab for the 1 st time, you will need to create a "Template" that works for your business. This is a one-time process which will streamline the process for every lease's future reconciliations. 4
