GENERATE LUMP SUM

• Generate Lump Sum – located in Reconciliation Details
area on the Reconciliations Tab
• Selecting Generate Lump Sum will automatically create the
one-time lease payment(s) due in the Lease Payments Tab
• Pop-up will auto-populate with "todays" date for Effective
Date and Due Date, which can be changed accordingly
• Each Payment Type will auto-populate with the same
payment type as the applicable escrow payment but can be
changed to a different payment type for
accounting/tracking purposes.
• The vendor will auto-populate but allows a different vendor
to be selected for each payment type.
