INVENTORY-BASED USER MAPPING
Leveraging existing HR records containing allocated device information.
• Tango can can import client-provided HR/device records containing the following columns:
o Unique user identifier: This should be a string that represents a unique user, commonly the user's name or
internal ID
o Device information:
▪ MAC addresses of all devices assigned to this user
▪ Hostnames of all devices assigned to this user
▪ Username formats for this user
o It is possible to integrate with any combination of device information points above. The data is anonymized with
a customer-specific hash before storage.
