Cost Estimation: Accurate cost
breakdown
Estimate the cost in the budget tab against the
GC bid lines.
If possible, budget at the same details as the
bid and this give ability to compare between
bids as well as the approved budget.
Technical Proposal: Store design,
schedules
Upload all the relevant bid documents to the
project documents in the relevant folders
The uploaded documents can be linked to
tender/bid
Have the schedule updated in the project and a
report can be attached to bid for GC visibility
