Check the box for QR Code if the asset's QR Code should be displayed on the home screen.
When the QR Code is displayed, users can open the iOS or Android Reserve Mobile App and
scan the QR Code to quickly check in to their existing reservation, view the room's calendar,
or create a reservation.
Check the box for Public Check-In to allow anyone to check in to reservations without
authentication. The box is disabled if the asset's settings do not require check-in/check-out.
If the box is not checked, when a user taps the Check In button, they must enter their email
address and password.
Check the box for Reserve Button to allow anyone to create a same-day reservation from
the device. If this box is checked, a "Reserve" button will be displayed at the bottom of the
home screen, enabling a reservation to be created for an available time slot for that day.
This will be an anonymous reservation associated to the service account. Authentication is
not performed for this step. If authentication is desired, leave this box unchecked and check
the box for QR Code. Users may open the Reserve Mobile App on their phone and scan the
QR code to view the asset's calendar, create a reservation or check in to a reservation.
Tap Save. This completes setup of the device. The current status of the room and any active or
upcoming reservations for today are displayed on the home screen. Reservations which have
ended or have been cancelled are not displayed.
