A reservation name must be entered, and if the room is a collaboration space, the number of
people expected to attend is also required. Workspace reservations do not have the number of
people expected to attend field.

When required fields are populated and the desired time has been selected, tap Submit. The
reservation owner will be the service account assigned to this device, because authentication is
not performed for this step. If the organization requires authentication, the Reserve button
should be disabled and the user should scan the QR Code with the Reserve Mobile App to
create reservations.
