CONFIDENTIAL | Not for publication or distribution. 2 PREREQUISITES FOR SETUP Go to https://login.agilquest.com or the URL designated for your organization and complete the following tasks. 1. Add the person or persons who will be able to manage the device. Anyone managing the device must have the Right to Manage Kiosk Settings in order to log in to a Desk Touch device. 2. Provision the email address for the service account in your organization (your O365 or other email service provider) . i.e. desktouch1@organization.org This account is used to send/receive reservation information. This account is not associated to a specific user. 3. In the Reserve Web Application, add the service account as a user. This is the account that the device will invoke. 4. In the Reserve Web Application, confirm that the Location in which the device will be installed already exists in Reserve. 5. In the Reserve Web Application, confirm that the Asset (room or workspace) that is to be associated with the device already exists in Reserve. Only Collaboration Space and Workspace Assets can be viewed on Desk Touch. You may find it helpful to use a stylus when setting up the device. INSTALLING THE APPLICATION In the Settings tab, expand the Applications section. For the Application Mode, select Tango Reserve.
