HOME SCREEN
The current status of the room and any active or upcoming reservations for today are displayed
on the home screen. The asset name is always displayed on the top row.
Green background and light indicates that the room is available to be reserved. The
status "Available" is displayed on the second row.
Yellow background and light indicates that a reservation will begin in the next 15
minutes. Time of reservation is followed by the reservation name.
Red background and light indicates that the room is reserved at the present time. Time
of reservation is followed by the reservation name.
If a reservation has been marked as private, then "Private" will be displayed instead of
the reservation name. Private reservations cannot be created from the device.
Tap the right or left carets at the bottom of the home screen to navigate through active and
upcoming reservations for today. Reservations which have ended or have been cancelled are
not displayed.
