Whether employees have assigned days in the office
or flexibility to choose when they come in, hybrid
workplaces have to accommodate an employee
population that changes throughout the week. Most
hybrid employers handle this with desk reservation
software, also known as office hoteling software.
Zeroing in on hybrid workers, our study asked
respondents about their employer's approach to office
reservations.
Desk Reservations
We asked respondents to share how they find a
workstation on the days they work in the office. We
wanted to know if they:
ظ Have a dedicated workstation in the office
ظ Reserve a workstation in advance
ظ Reserve a workstation when they arrive at the
office
ظ Use any available workstation without a
reservation
