©2022 Tango CONFIDENTIAL - Not for publication or distribution Tango | MODIFYING SCENARIOS Adding People Add Location/Floor When a floor is added to the Scenario, all HR associated with that floor within that specific building (Space or Area) are also added to the People Tab of the Scenario. • Only HR on the People Tab are available to be used within the Scenario. People Tab – Add The Add button within the People Tab of the Scenario allows a user to search and select any HR record(s) found and add them to the Scenario. • When a person is added that resides on another floor, the entire floor and all People on that floor are also added. • If a Person has NO location associated with them, they will be added to the People Tab for use within the Scenario. • If a Person is associated with a Building Only, they will be added to the People Tab for use within the Scenario. 9
