But what happens when you have to deal with three different sales teams who are promising different approaches to the solution based upon a unique understanding of your needs? Talk about starting off on the wrong foot. If the three vendors are trying to solve your issues f rom three different perspectives, the resulting solution simply won't add up. Where's the Proof You may have seen announcements of partnerships between various vendors – but when push comes to shove, do they have any real success stories to share? In more cases than not, they have no examples of full, operational, successful lifecycle integrations. Keep an ear out for the same, rehashed partnership stories – and remember, slick presentations highlighting what success can look like often differ greatly f rom reality.
