The Rise of the Hybrid Workplace: Strategic Opportunities for the Post-Pandemic Office
11
Fewer employees in the office means less office space
needed. In the early months of the pandemic, REI sold their
brand-new headquarters to pivot to a more distributed,
hybrid workplace. Twitter announced that they'd be fully
remote forever. Other organizations of all shapes and sizes
have made similar decisions—and are enjoying the savings.

COVID levels until at least 2025.
Not every organization is in a position to make significant
changes to its real estate portfolio, but with strategic
planning, you can reduce the amount of space your locations
