estate lifecycle – from portfolio strategy to site selection, design &
construction to leasing, facilities maintenance to space
management, energy management & sustainability reporting.
We commit to reduce our emissions and as a firm achieve net-zero
climate impact by 2030, in line with validated, near-term, science-
based targets as an important milestone on the pathway toward
stabilizing global warming temperatures at 1.5˚C.
