Environmental, Social, and Governance
Topics Material to Our Stakeholders
The assessment
consisted of four phases:
In early 2024, Tango initiated a
comprehensive materiality assessment
by engaging with stakeholders across
all levels of our organization to identify
the most critical topics for our
business and stakeholders. These
topics represent sustainability-related
risks and opportunities that influence
our customers, business, access to
finance, and cost of capital over
varying timeframes.
The assessments considered an
exhaustive list of critical issues inline
with UN sustainable development goals,
SASB, GRI, CDP Disclosures, and the
S&P Global Ratings ESG Materiality
Maps.
Stakeholder groups ranked issues from
two distinct perspectives:
Financial Risks: The potential impact on
Tango's business operations, reputation,
and financial performance.
Impact Risks: Adverse and beneficial
effects Tango has on the environment,
people (employees, suppliers, partners),
and society.
