Define Space Attributes
While Tango Reserve can be
configured to only allow certain users
to reserve particular spaces (like a
conference room you've designated
for a particular department), Tango
Space lets you track additional
information about each space, such as
the department or business unit it's
assigned to, its use, and its size. This
information vastly improves your
ability to analyze and report on your
space inventory.

Manage Assigned Workstations
Tango Reserve can be configured to
enable long-term reservations, but
that's not the same as permanently
assigning someone to a workstation,
and it quickly gets more complicated if
you have multiple employees assigned
to the same space on different days or
times. Tango Space was built to
manage all of your space, not just
reservable space, so you can assign
spaces and move employees as
needed. Combined with occupancy
sensors such as desk sensors, LiDaR
strips, or blurred vision cameras, you
can also monitor the utilization of
these assigned spaces.
