The survey asked respondents to share
their current hybrid work policy, selecting
the best fit from three options:
Fully flexible (employees choose when
and where to work)
Fixed-hybrid schedule (e.g. specific
days in office and remote)
Team-dependent (policy varies by
team or department)
40% of respondents said they used a
team-dependent policy, 36% have a fixed

hybrid policy, and 24% have a fully flexible
policy. When segmented by firm size and
industry, there were some notable
deviations from this distribution.
Since executives and other organizational
leaders have often been outspoken about
their preference for in-office work, we also
asked respondents to share about their
interactions with leadership regarding
hybrid work, giving particular attention to
any challenges they've encountered.
