Track Your Space Inventory
Tango Reserve enables you to manage your
workplace's reservable spaces, but it wasn't
built to manage non-reservable spaces, like hot
desks, assigned desks, or support areas. You
can add these in Reserve as "inactive assets,"
which means they're in your system but not
reservable, but over time, it can be hard to tell
whether these are deprecated assets or they're
still in use—because in either case, it's a non-
reservable space.
Tango Space lets you indicate which spaces
are currently in use, helping you quickly identify
excess space and the best opportunities to
repurpose existing assets, rather than acquire
more space.
