Test Ideas With Scenario Planning
In order to optimize your space, you need to
experiment. But it would be prohibitively
disruptive (and expensive) to conduct those
experiments with your physical space. Tango

environment with scenario planning. You can
use your current floor plan or a proposed one,
and see how the possibilities play out.
For example, you might want to reduce a
department's square footage by 20 percent in
the next five years—what would that look like,
and would that provide enough space for
planned growth in other areas? Or perhaps
you're adding a new line of business. Can you
shuffle everyone around to make room for the
new team?
Once you approve a scenario in Tango Space
and implement it in the workplace, you can
make it "active," and any new reservable
