Make adjustments to improve outcomes Over time, as you monitor your space utilization and collect feedback, you'll inevitably nd pain points that could require changes to your implementation plan or even the new work model itself. Sometimes it just takes a small adjustment to ensure the work model operates as you intended—perhaps there's a policy you'll need to put in place or enforce regarding where people can meet, or how reservations work. Other times, you might need to make more substantial changes. Maybe you over or underestimated how reliant people would be on a particular type of space or time in the ofce, and you'll need to repeat the process of nding and repurposing underutilized space. Whatever your work model, staying agile will help you maximize your intended benets. Your plan was based on business goals, and if your employees don't respond to that plan as you envisioned, being inexible could interfere with those goals.
