Add the person or persons who will be able to manage the panel. Anyone managing the panel must have the Right to Manage Kiosk Settings in order to log in to a panel. 2. Add the Location in which the panel will be installed. 3. Add the Asset that is to be associated with the panel. Only Collaboration Space and Workspace Assets can be viewed on a panel. 4. Add a photo for the Asset. Up to 6 images may uploaded for an asset. During device setup one must be selected as the background image for the panel. 5. Add the User who will be associated with the panel. This is the service account. Each panel must be associated with a User in your Account in order to: Get the latest Reservation/Availability information for the Asset so that it can be displayed on the panel. Allow Anonymous activity, such as creating Reservations, Checking Into Reservations, Ending Reservations, etc. It is recommended that the User who is associated with the panel not be a 'real' person but rather a 'User' who is created for the sole purpose of being associated with your Account's panels. You may use the same 'User' for each of your panels or you may create separate 'Users' for each panel. If no such User exists, create a 'User' for the panel(s). Please note, this 'User', Must have a unique and valid email address with a mailbox, such as panel@company.com. Must have a Reserve password. Should have a name that identifies its purpose, such as 'Panel User'. Must have the Right to 'Create Reservations for Another User & Manage Another User's Reservations'. Must have the Permission to RESERVE the Asset that is associated with this panel. This means that this 'User' must be in a User Group that has the Permission to RESERVE an Asset Group that includes the Room associated with this panel. Must be active. Should be set so their password does not expire.
