While a generic welcome experience may work fine, a
visitor management system should empower you to take
greater ownership over how you interact with guests
before they even arrive. Depending on the visit type, you
may want to highlight noteworthy features about your
facilities, recommend parking accommodations, or tell
visitors what to expect upon their arrival. And of course,
you'll want to tell them what the check-in process looks
like when they get to your office, so there are no surprises
or false assumptions to start things off on the wrong foot.
Before someone shows up for their scheduled visit, pre-
registration emails offer an opportunity to set the tone for
your guests and welcome them in a manner that fits your
brand. Your brand should be front-and-center throughout
the entire visitor experience, including welcome emails at
check-in, thank you messages at checkout, and branded
visitor badges to help your guests fit in.
