Over the last few years, employers have wrestled with
deciding which jobs can be performed remotely, and
which roles require at least some time on campus.
Employers and employees haven't always agreed
about where to draw the line or how to strike the
balance between in-person and remote days.
Given the choice, most respondents—whether they're
remote, hybrid, or fully in-person—said they'd prefer
to work in a hybrid work model. We asked each group
how often they'd work from their employer's office "in
their ideal situation."
