STANDARD REPORTS – PROCESS
• Tango will provide an analysis for each customer of their current reports
clarifying what is standard (based) and what is custom. Customers can
decide to retain or replace custom reports with standard reports.
• Receiving new standard reports will be on an opt-in basis
• Custom reports can/will be retained (and will be treated as custom should
future report changes be needed)
• Standard reports will be treated as standard product, will be corrected,
enhanced and expanded through future releases within existing support
agreements
• Note: All correspondence will occur via a Zendesk ticket
