they walk into the room. But that can only happen when
feedback is built into your reservation system. When an
employees' scheduled time comes to an end, they should
have the ability to directly give feedback about the space in
the same app they use to reserve resources.
This tight feedback loop ensures that maintenance needs
can be addressed quickly and that other employees don't
unknowingly reserve resources that won't be able to meet
their needs.
